With a skilled and experienced care team, we are equipped to care for diverse needs, and can provide support ranging from half-hour visits to 24 hour care.

Customers can access a full range of support whether they live in their own homes or in Extra Care housing, including:
  • Practical support: supporting customers to keep their home clean, their clothes washed and ironed, handling mail and helping customers pay bills and helping customers with shopping.
  • Social support: supporting customers to access their favoured social opportunities, or providing companionship.
  • Personal support: helping customers with their daily personal routines, including getting washed and dressed and managing medication.

Extra Care Services

Extra Care housing provides people who need additional support, but do not want to live in long term residential care, the opportunity to live in a safe and enabling environment that encourages independence and involvement in the wider community.

Care Support delivers its high quality, innovative range of on-site care and support services to people living in a number of Extra Care Schemes located across the South East.

Partnering closely with Local Authorities and Housing Providers, we deliver a holistic, outcome-focused service that focuses on maximising the safety and quality of life of customers; including advising on adaptations that can be made to customers’ homes to maximise independence, and working with customers to develop and access social opportunities that improve their confidence and self-esteem.
